If you've been poking around my GitHub here recently, you've probably noticed my new repository, Teenycoin. So I'm sure you have questions, like "What in the world's a Teenycoin?!" or "Why would you go into crypto?! It's full of scams!" and all those other fun questions. I should really provide that information on the README, but I'm a forgetful doofus. Anyway, I'll explain.
Teenycoin is a cryptocurrency. Yeah, I know, it has coin in the name, so no shit. It's basically a littler bitcoin. It's a really simple coin. It uses brute force SHA-256 for mining, it's got a supply cap of 10,000,000, and perhaps the most important part: it's just for fun! I'm not becoming some crypto bro, I just build random things for fun. In fact, I don't even plan on starting a public blockchain. But it's public and free and open source, so if you want to, by all means, go right ahead. Just know that there is no guarantee that it'll work, and if you're in it for any gains, get out.
You probably don't really care about all this, and I don't blame ya. But you clicked the post, so it's your fault for reading boring shit. I like making shit, and I like making little status updates about my shit.
